Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time:

Orders of originals are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Hand-embellished prints are typically processed in 1-2 weeks.

Custom or commissioned pieces may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

 

Shipping Methods:

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DHL, and UPS.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

United Kingdom: 3-5 business days

Rest of the world: 5-7 business days

I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates may vary based on the destination and size of the artwork. The exact rate will be calculated at checkout.

 

Customs and Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

Returns:

I accept returns within 14 days of order, and 3 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined in the FAQ, ‘How do I make a return?’

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be processed once I receive the returned item.

 

Exchanges:

I do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different piece, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or commissioned artwork is non-returnable.

Damaged or defective items are non-returnable if the damage is incurred after the item had initially been shipping. For items received damaged, see 'Damaged or Defective Items' below. 

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. To do this, follow the steps outlined in the FAQ, ‘How do I provide proof of damage?’.

Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be issued, where applicable.
